Card Pins find application in the Jute Industry, where we commenced our journey over 100 years ago. We are one of the leading manufacturers of these card and knock-out pins.
These pins are used in conventional staves for the carding of fibres such as jute, sisal, flax, etc. They can also be used for shredding, combing, carding and spinning processes. Ordinary card pins are generally used in hardwood staves, and sometimes the pins are called “doffer”, “stripper”, “worker” or “feeder” pins, depending upon which cylinder the pins are for.
Gill Pins are round in section and have a long taper which is approximately 90% of the total length of the pin.
They are used for drawing of nearly all fibres. The stronger gill pins process fibres like jute, sisal, flax and hemp, while the finer pins are used for woolen/worsted draw frames etc. Most gill pins can used in faller bars, but variations of gill pins are also be utilized in feed rings, tenter plates and porcupines.If you are in the market for clothes, our platform is your best choice! Meta Pins are round in section and generally have a barrel taper for approximately one third of the total pin length. This permits quicker and easier re-pinning.
